Where do I start? I was a little apprehensive contacting a broker since I had just moved to NYC and had heard awful stories about how brokers try to take advantage of you. Hela was the complete opposite of those stories and more! I found her through one of those apartment rental websites and she was the only broker that answered my phone call. I told her what my husband and I were looking for, I sent her the listings we had found and we scheduled a meeting for her to show us some apartments. We ended up choosing a place that Hela found for us, she was very attentive to what we wanted, didn''t push us into making a decision and she was with us every step of the application process up to signing the lease. I also need to mention that she quickly responded our questions through texts and emails, which is very important when trying to get an apartment in the city :) I recommend her to anyone that even mentions wanting to rent an apartment in NYC! We couldn''t have been luckier to have had Hela as our broker and I am so thankful she found us exactly what we wanted!

Hela was great! She found us exactly what we were looking for and was extremely efficient at locking down the apartment. I would absolutely recommend her for anyone looking in the NYC area for apartments! 5/5 stars.

Hela was great from the start. She responded promptly, agreed to meet us entirely on our schedule (we only had one free day to look), had an entire days' worth of apartments ready to view in our price range and preferred area, and was very knowledgeable about each apartment and the city in general. She was really a pleasure to work with, and she was genuinely and noticeably honest -- not just trying to sell us on every apartment. We ended up spending most of the day with her, then leaving to meet another broker that we promised to meet for an hour (he didn't even compare to Hela!), and then meeting back up with Hela and renting an apartment from her. Hela was nice, smart, honest, and worked hard. I recommend giving her a call/email.

Hela was really helpful and reliable across the "finding-the-right-apt" process. She was always there on time and tried to genuinely understand what I am looking for. The apts we''ve visited reflected this and finally I''ve found my current home with her help! Really supportive and kept her promises in every regards.

Hela Erez is an excellent broker - she is honest with her clients and sincerely cares about finding the best apartment for their individual needs. She has great connections with top-notch buildings and is willing to try to work with the buildings to work out optimal rents and payment structures. She is always on time for appointments and is very organized. Hela was the only broker I worked with who showed me apartments that were top contenders for my move. The only reason I didn''t rent through her was my current building ended up lowering my rent when it came time to renew my lease, so it made sense economically to stay. I will be working with her next time my lease is up.
