My fiance and I were having a difficult time finding the right apartment in Manhattan and had looked at numerous apartments prior to working with Derek. Not only is Derek highly knowledgeable and acquainted with the neighborhoods we were focused on but he also had great apartments to show us. He is also very responsive and easy to work with. John Dugan and Elliot Garcia were the amazing duo! First, I must say that these two guys have so much integrity. John must have walked with me to see 6-7 apts. in the East Village (an area my partner and I were considering) on a very hot day!!! We were both sweating up a storm and not one time did John ever complain. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Following, my partner and I met Elliot who works with John because we wanted to check out FIDI. Elliot met my partner on day one, came all the way downtown on day two just for me because I couldn''t be there the day before and then a third time for the closure on an apt. we decided on an apt. in FIDI. Elliot started to feel like an extension of us. He too was friendly, professional and courteous but even began to feel like a familiar friend. This was truly a wonderful experience because there are a lot of agents/brokers out there with trickery but these two gentlemen were top notch!

After 4 visits to NYC looking for an apartment working with different reputable agencies, Devin was the only broker that showed us apartments with our preferences (really the only broker that actually listened). He was courteous, thoughtful, professional and really made the volatile, and somewhat harsh, NYC apartment market bearable for my family. We have had a very positive experience in our current apartment/neighborhood. Devin continues to keep in touch with good wishes to our family. We wholeheartedly recommend Devin!!

These guys are really great. We worked with Nick Campbell, who was friendly and attentive. Usually with brokers I feel like they are just trying to move properties, but Nick was genuinely concerned with helping us find a place we were happy with and he put a lot of work into it. Definitely would use them again.
