I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to work with Nicole and Howard. After looking for an aparment for weeks with pushy and irritating agents, I was so happy to have found both of them. Nicole really listened to what I was looking for and showed me listings within my reported budget. I was able to find a great apartment with everything I wanted. They worked around my schedule and were available for any questions I had. Renting an apartment in NYC can be a long process but everything went smoothly thanks to them. I couldnt be happier in my new apartment!

Lotay was very helpful during a very stressful move, listening to all of my criteria and accommodating my and my roommates busy schedules. He was realistic with our price range and didn''t over promise. Although our budget was small, and the conditions kept changing Lotay stuck with us.
