List With UsThis was my first time apartment hunting in NYC and despite hearing from others what a nightmare experience is could be Nick made it super fun and enjoyable! He planned a route taking in about 10-12 properties all of which met my criteria and was extremely helpful in guiding me through the US/NYC rental processes, etc.
I didn''t actually go with one if the properties he showed me in the end but he still sent through a pack of useful contacts / information etc for renting a new apartment. Can''t rate the service highly enough and will certainly use again on my next move! All the best!

Erica listened to my wants and needs to help me find not only the perfect apartment but the perfect neighborhood too! I am 1000% satisfied with my experience with Erica. Erica was extremely attentive and always responsive when I had questions or wanted to see different apartments.
