It took three years, the first apt I went to see I thought i was in love, if it weren’t for Phil I’d prly be selling what I bought 3 years ago and unhappy. He is so patient and knowledgeable. He let me use his space to work his team goes to him for everything because he knows so much. When I was towards the end of the process I was required to take a home buyers course that teaches you about the process. As I sat through the 8 hour class i was in disbelief that I knew everything that was being said because I had a broker who taught me everything along the way and ensured I wasn’t jumping in to something I would later on regret. He made the ENTIRE process fun and easy. Everyone I worked with I met through him and was amazing. We have created long lasting friendships! I’m actually with him right now!!

Zack Haluszczak was an invaluable resource during my move from DC to NYC. Prior to viewing apartments, Zack helped me narrow down NYC neighborhoods and apartment types within my requested criteria. We saw 10-15 apartment buildings during the on-site visit and Zack set clear expectations for what different price ranges and neighborhoods would provide. As the day went on, Zack used his experience and extensive research to narrow down listings that suited my needs. Zack was always open and did not pressure me at any point to make a final decision. Even after I decided on an apartment, Zack continued to help me finalize the leasing details with the apartment company. I wound up with a great apartment/deal due to Zack''s hard work. Ross Vesselinov was great! My boyfriend contacted him regarding a listing he found online and Ross responded right away to set up an appointment. He had us send our preferences and what we were looking for in an apartment (i.e. budget, # of bedrooms, amenities, etc.) so that he would know which places to show us. Ross took us all over Manhattan for hours one Saturday showing us places that he thought would fit our criteria. He is very knowledgeable about the different areas of the city, which subway lines are nearby, what there is to do in the area, etc. He is also very honest and realistic about what kind of apartment you will be able to get on your budget.

Although we were interested in several apartments that he showed us, we ended up having to postpone our move for several months. Ross was completely understanding. We contacted him again in March and he suggested that we start our search this time in Long Island City. Based on our preferences and reactions to the first set of apartments he showed us, he thought that we could likely get more of what we were looking for within our budget in LIC. The first apartment he showed us had everything that we were looking for! We filled out an application that day and now we''re living in a beautiful apartment in LIC and loving it!!

Overall, this was a great experience and Ross was very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. He helped us with our application and even came to our lease signing to answer any questions that we might have had. He really listens to what you''re looking for and does his best to find you a place that has what you want. I would recommend Ross to anyone looking for an apartment in NYC, and when we''re ready to move I know we''ll be contacting him again!
