Just signed my first NYC apartment with Nick Campbell and Jimmy Fernandes! These guys have got to be two of the best in the business. The most real, friendly, knowledgeable and smart guys I have met in my hunt for an NYC apt. These guys took me out in early December to find a spot but the girlfriend didn''t want to commit to a Jan 1 move in. Called these guys up again for a second round and they were more than happy to take me out for a second time. Found the perfect spot and these guys handled the rest. Danielle was extremely helpful to me and my roommate during our apartment search. I had previously dealt with other brokers and I must say Danielle was by far the most efficient and listened to what our needs were. She took us to exactly the kinds of places we were looking for and made sure we were aware of anything that we needed to know during the search (i.e. apartment fees, comparable prices, etc). In this day and age when most people like me are extremely busy, one usually only takes the time to write a letter when there is something to complain about. On the contrary, however, I’d like to take this opportunity to bring to your attention the excellent job that your salesperson Ronny Zimin did for my daughter in finding her an apartment.

My daughter recently moved back to New York, landed a job on Friday, August 27 with a start date on Monday, August 30 and time was of the essence in finding an apartment. We called Ronny on Saturday morning and despite the short notice he was able to meet with us that afternoon with a list of apartments to show us in the area in which we were interested. Ronny showed us several apartments and the last one was just what my daughter was looking for.
