I worked with Howard and he was incredibly knowledgeable about renting in NYC, had long standing relationships with landlords, and knew what was needed to help guide me along the qualification process. When I didn''t qualify for the first apartment I applied for he was able to lead to me another building that was very similar to the one I liked and ended up actually being $100 cheaper because it was a walk-up and not an elevator building. I qualified for this and am excited to say that I picked up the keys yesterday and can move in as of tomorrow!
