First worked with Ben Willig at Anchor in 2009, during the search for my first Manhattan apartment. He was far and away the best agent of the many I experienced across numerous agencies. He was even proactive in helping me to negotiate the apartment price down.
Fast forward to 2014, and Ben was the first and only call I made when I needed an agent to find my fourth apartment in the city. He referred me to Nick Campbell, another member of his team. Nick was a pleasure to work with and made sure we were taken care of through the process. Thanks to the well-organized search he arranged across a number of neighborhoods, it took us only 5 hours from the start of our search to finalizing the terms of a multi-year lease.

Hanna Choi was an absolute pleasure to have on my team -- I found a job in lower Manhattan that needed me to start in a matter of two days after an interview, and working full time, it was just about impossible to work out times to meet with property owners after hours. My fiance and I worked with John in applying for and securing our apartment. He''s no-nonsense (which is crucial) and has been incredibly helpful and upbeat the whole time. I appreciated his candid advice on the units we were considering, even the places that had nothing to do with him. I felt he genuinely had my back. He facetimed by fiance, who was in Boston, to show him a unit, which was above and beyond. I highly recommend him!
