This review is for Ross Vesselinov, the most awesome broker I have worked with.
I moved to NYC recently. Since I was new to NYC and wanted to save money, I was looking for no-fee apartments. Then, since it took too much time, I contacted several brokers. I met two brokers before meeting Ross, but they just showed me apartments, which were over my budget. They just wanted to make more money.
However, Ross was totally different. He asked my budget and showed all possible houses in many different places of NYC, which are within the budget and within 20 minutes from my work. He spent two whole days to show me around 20 apartments. Whenever he showed me apartments, he figured out what I like and dislike, and then showed me better ones. Finally, I got the one, which I liked in every aspect. He helped me till I finalized the contract.
I recommend to work with Ross for finding apartments in NYC. I would recommend him to my friends in the future, and I will also work with him again next year.
