I worked with Nick Campbell a few weeks ago when my roommate and I were trying to decide if we should resign our lease on the UES. We wanted something a little further down but didn''t want to increase our rent while compromising on space. He took all of our requests into account and did a great job of showing us what was available for our price range and needs. He was really friendly, honest, and knew exactly what he was talking about. I have moved every year since 2002 and in that entire time I have never found a realtor as committed as Chris. He promised to find me a perfect place on day one and he absolutely did. He knows the city and the market like the back of his hand. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and what I needed and never tried to push me in another direction. He was always prepared, very available, and flexible around my busy work schedule. I am thrilled with my apartment now and it is all thanks to Chris.
