I just wanted to take this opportunity to sing Tal Yetinson''s praises. She made the daunting task of finding a great NYC apartment a painless and enjoyable one. A month ago, my boyfriend and I began our quest for an apartment in New York City. We were not looking forward to it, and we dreaded the thought of "shady" brokers and terrible apartments. While searching the internet,I came across one of Tal''s ads. I was interested in the listing, so I emailed her. She promptly responded to me and we began our search that same afternoon. We saw lovely apartments and Tal got a great sense of what we were looking for. She asked us all of the important questions that would help her to help us. We did not find our dream apartment on that day, but we planned to meet again on the following afternoon. On the next day, while on my way to meet Tal at one location, she phoned me to switch our meeting place because she found a "perfect" place. She was right! Just 24 hours after our initial meeting, my boyfriend and I were filling out paperwork to move in to the lovely Andover on York Avenue! I could not believe it! I truly believe our apartment hunt was a success mainly because of how in tune Tal was to our needs. She was such a tremendous help and she knows she has an open invitation to dinner at our new place. You are fortunate to have Tal as a member of your Anchor team! I look forward to referring her to anyone I know that is planning on moving in the near future!

Ben Willig and his extremely professional and courteous staff at Anchor Associates made my move in NYC absolutely hassle-free. Ben helped me move into the perfect apartment with all the amenities and specifications that I requested. He took the time to consider what I was looking for, and patiently showed me several apartments offering to pay for the cab fee to each place. He definitely went the extra mile and his relaxed and easy going nature made the apartment hunting experience surprisingly enjoyable! I have no doubt that these are just some of the reasons why Anchor Associates have had so much success in the last few years. Since my first move, I've referred numerous co-workers and friends and all have walked away just as satisfied with their experience, and I definitely plan on calling Ben in the future for all my moves as well!

I came to know Diane in 2008 when Project FIND was selected to be a beneficiary of BGC's Charity Day. This is a one day, multi-million dollar event conducted globally in the BGC offices. Proceeds raised go to hand selected charities at the local offices.

In working with Diane, I experienced first hand her committment to her role, and to the people she served. She was unwavering in her thought leadership and efforts to see that Project FIND both gained as much exposure to a new base of donors, and achieved heightened public awareness for the work Project FIND engages in and the population they serve.

I've remained in contact with Diane since then. I am always amazed by her ceaseless energy for what she does, and her ability to blend her high level of professionalism with her passion.

Diane would be a valued asset to any organization.

I am writing this review for Peter Papazoglou. My roommate and I had been looking for an apartment for about a month when we contacted Peter. He was extremely flexible with when he was able to meet and was very enthusiastic to show us the first apartment he found for us. We ended up loving the apartment and decided to apply for it. Peter was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and was able to get our application in very fast, resulting in us getting the apartment!

Peter made this stressful process very easy and I wish we had contacted him from the very beginning! He is well organized and a pleasure to work with!
