Howard Hauptman found our dream apartment and dealing with him was such a pleasure- he was professional, friendly, and most importantly sincerely caring. My roommate and I were searching for our first apartment and Howard really made us feel at ease... he took the extra step and explained everything to us and was completely upfront and honest from the start. Not only did he share his real estate expertise, but also shared some great spots to go to in the neighborhood, which was extremely helpful!

Dealing with a couple of brokers before and nightmare situations from other online listings, Howard was truly amazing. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dora is GREAT! We had a very short window to find a new place for my daughter, who was moving down from Boston. The tricky thing is I had only one extended weekend to fly in from Dallas to find the perfect place. We communicated through emails, and by the time we hit NYC, she had places for us to look at immediately. By the weekend, my daughter was able to come down and we hit the top choices. Turned out, the very first place she showed us wound up being the place my daughter fell in love with and we got it! Beyond her professionalism, Dora has a warmth, intelligence, and humor that makes her fun to be around. I brought my 11 year old daughter with me, and instead of making it a schlept-fest, Dora hit it off with Abby right away. Abby wanted to see what the big deal is about NY pizza, and Dora helped make her see why there's nothing like it in the world. Dora not only got us a place, but became someone we'll look forward to having in our lives. Who knows? Maybe some day we'll give up Texas for the Big Apple, too. If we do, we know who we will call first!

You''ve truly been my saviour!!The added stress endured during these tough economic times made the possibility of finding a candidate to take over my lease an impossibility. Being faced to pay a mortgage along with being locked into a rental lease was treacherous for me!! Numerous channels (working with two other brokers; bill postings and on-line ads) turned up nothing for me for 2 months!! After my random find of you, your words were reassuring and your demeanor sincere. Your first words to me,"I will help you find someone...we need to do this fast" became a reality within 2 weeks! My only wish was that I could have found you sooner! You''re a natural! Your sincerity, honesty and dedication are real (no "Broker attitude"- just a really nice person!). Oh, and thanks for making sure my cats were alright during the move.you''ve gone above and beyond the call of duty! Not so common for NYC!
