Just signed my first NYC apartment with Nick Campbell and Jimmy Fernandes! These guys have got to be two of the best in the business. The most real, friendly, knowledgeable and smart guys I have met in my hunt for an NYC apt. These guys took me out in early December to find a spot but the girlfriend didn''t want to commit to a Jan 1 move in. Called these guys up again for a second round and they were more than happy to take me out for a second time. Found the perfect spot and these guys handled the rest. Annie Donahey helped me tremendously!! She listened to my needs and was very understanding. She always kept in contact and I was updated on every little thing that occurred.
