Nick Campbell and Jimmy Fernandes were extremely helpful and by far the nicest brokers I have ever worked with. I was against paying a broker fee completely, but after working with Nick and Jimmy i wanted to give them my business as well as recommend them to all my friends looking for an apartment.
They were patient and did not push us into an apartment at all. they left the decision completely up to my boyfriend and I and they were kind and helpful without making me feel bad for asking a million questions.
We plan to use Nick and Jimmy for all our apartment searches going forward and I highly suggest them if you are in the market for a NYC apartment and are looking for understanding, caring people!
