Ryan Long was extremely helpful in helping my friend and I locate an apartment within our parameters, and then quickly processing us through the application and into the apartment, even coordinating with the landlord to allow us to move in a week ahead of the scheduled move in date. After the first property we saw with him didn't work out, he followed up with us by sending us a number of properties that were in the location and price range that we were searching for, and was very responsive in setting up appointments to view properties.
He was very clear and fair about any and all fees involved, and there were never any surprises thrown our way at any point in the process. I highly recommend working with him to make moving around NYC as easy as possible.
My broker was Andrei Nae and he went ABOVE and BEYOND for me and my now roommate in our place, found by Andrei. The first place we saw is the place we ended up in which sounds like no big deal, but we went and saw a TON of places before coming back to the first. Andrei never put any pressure on us at all. Never acted annoyed by us saying no, he was there and constantly reassured us that he will keep searching till we find something. In fact sometimes we would see a place and he would be the first to say this is NOT for you. He goes above and beyond for his clients, and he is just a nice guy too.
