I recently relocated to New York from San Francisco and had no idea what to expect in this rental market, not so much in terms of price (we know both cities are insanely expensive), more with regards to finding a broker - a good broker! While I had the luxury of browsing neighborhoods and apartments for a couple months, I could not find a decent broker for the life of me! I came across so many bad brokers who were misleading and didn't seem to care much about what was important to me.

I was so, so appreciative!

Being in a client services role myself professionally, I have high expectations for and am an advocate of exceptional service. There was no lapse whatsoever in assistance and responsiveness (at any time of day)! I was very pleased and would absolutely use them again, so I highly recommend working with Anchor Associates, specifically Patrick! We were moving to New York for the first time, and though we had seen Anchor''s great listings on the internet, we thought they were too good to be true. So we foolishly spent an entire weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) looking at subpar properties, all of which were at the tops of our budgets and in less than ideal locations, with a broker from a different agency. We were at our wits'' end and had come to terms with leaving the city empty-handed when, in our final attempt to find an apartment, we decided to contact Danielle after reading other reviews about her.
