4. She is efficient. She mapped out the day thoughtfully. We had no down time whatsoever.

5. She is honest. Nothing more to say about that.

6. She does her diligence on the units she presents.

7. She stayed with us the entire time from inital viewing to the entire application process including going with us to the local bank to draft the security deposit.

8. She is a fast walker. You will find yourself keeping up with her though and shedding some pounds in the process.

9. She's easy to talk to and you don't have to worry about any awkward silences.

I was coming up to New York from DC on weekends trying to find an apartment for my husband and our two Chihuahuas.
