She was unbelievably kind and informative and was willing to answer as many questions as we had. It was also evident that she was being completely honest with everything she was saying. She made time for us at all hours of the day to show us the apartment on more than one occasion, as well as take all of our phone calls. If we couldn't reach her, she called back instantly. Marija was also a great liaison between us and the landlord, conveying messages to him and getting information back to us right away. "I've lived in several apartments over the last few years in several cities including New York, Boston, Charlotte, etc. and have had a horrible time trying to find the right apartment in the right place for the right price. I am RIDICULOUSLY happy to say that that is finally over. I've been stressing over finding an apartment to move into for July - and Marija Paunovic-Erdeljan was a godsend!! Told her what I wanted and what I needed and immediately she had several apartments lined up - which were all amazing new doorman buildings. I instantly ell in love with one of them (although it was hard to choose because they were really all great) and Marija got the paperwork ready and helped me submit the application right away. I also work with moody and difficult clients during the day and working in finance has made me nitpick at every small detail, even if insignificant, so I know I can be a horrible customer to deal with sometimes. And it's difficult to find a broker in nyc that actually cares and puts in individualized effort for each client because the market it so saturated constantly, however, I was lucky enough to run into Marija, who actually cared about me being pleased with the apartment, even after the deal was over. I also had tons and tons and tons of questions on the lease, the apartment, the procedure and she was happy to walk me through every little thing until I was comfortable with signing the lease. I'm IN LOVE with the apartment and everything it has to offer (rooftop, lounge, gym, everything)!! "Was in the market to find an apartment in Astoria and was having trouble finding one that would meet our requirements (3 good sized-equal bedrooms for 3 working professionals), until I found Marija and her fantastic posting.
