He was honest about everything - including the price, the broker''s fee (which was very reasonable), the square footage, and the entire application process. While, I ended up renting an apartment that I viewed before I met Tyler, I would certainly have trusted him to help me with the rest of the apartment search had the previous apartment not worked out. I had a ruthless landlord. I needed to break my lease. She of course wouldn''t let me out of it. Jin Kim came to the rescue and found someone to take my apt within a couple of weeks. She went out of her way to work with the coop board to get the new person in as quickly as possible. I''ve also recommended her to many of my friends that needed apts. She is professional and not pushy as some realtors can be. I will definitely keep recommending her to anyone that needs an apt. Seek her out, she will not let you down and will make you laugh along the way.
