Working with Ben Willig was a phenomenal experience. The process of buying our first apartment was an extremely daunting one, but Ben was there to help every step of the way. Ben spent countless hours taking us to apartment after apartment, listening to all of our finicky needs and wants, and then tailoring the apartment search to what we were looking for and within our budget. He was very knowledgeable about the industry and about all the different neighborhoods we were looking at, and no question was too big or too small for him. Because of Ben, I found an amazing place, and I couldn''t have gone through the buying process without his help and guidance. Ben is experienced and he knows what he is doing - I would highly recommend working with him!!

Teuta Bellcishta helped us find an apartment in Manhattan - Upper East Side recently. She was very knowledgeable about the area, very professional, patient and helpful. Natalia did an incredible job helping me and my roommates find the perfect room in a high rise apartment. We are all recent grads and so first time apartment hunting can be tough (!) but Natalia was very understanding of this and went out of her way to make this transition and find as smooth and uncomplicated as possible. She showed us a variety of places, never going too far out of our desired range and always double checked with us if she wanted to show us something a little different than originally intended. At the end, it worked out great and we love our place. I would highly recommend Natalia if you are new to apartment searching because she explains things clearly and proactively brings up topics that are important to consider which I wouldn''t have thought of myself.
