"Before I found Anchor, I had run into so many brokers who didn''t like my situation, budget and list of what I was looking for all with a dog. I had a few brokers wanting way too much money and were willing to spend very little time helping me for what I would pay them (12-15%!). They made me feel as if I wasn''t worth their time. The market inventory was so low I started to believe I couldn''t find what I wanted on my budget and felt pressured to raise my budget or compromise heavily on what I wanted.
